My complaint:
I received a text that my prescription containing medical supplies was delivered but I was sitting at my front door. Nothing was delivered and no UPS truck came down my street!
I can’t replace a prescription. I need them to find it!
Suggested solution:
Fire the driver who lied, find my prescription supplies and get them to me!
