My complaint:
I spoke with a UPS driver and he told me that packages for Northeast Alabama were being held back due to lack of space in the current building. So instead of making better arrangements the company has told Ft Payne to hold packages for Hollywood, Stevenson, Bridgeport and other places north for an extra day. My packages are showed being loaded but that truck is pulled over and set aside to the next day.
However, I was told I could pay 15$ to have them pulled off and picked up at the terminal.
How ridiculous is that of you to make me pay for my own packages.
You need to find a better solution to the extra package problems!
Suggested solution:
I feel all packages should be delivered when they come in not just one or two certain locations. Why is it fair for Scottsboro to get packages and not Hollywood on time?!!!
