My complaint:
UPS Driver in Des Moines, Iowa delivered a package to my nieces. (Or so he claimed to being that he or she marked it was delivered. When my brother notified me that it was not delivered, he reached out to UPS who told him that the package was not delivered and it was in fact lost. After submitting the requested paperwork, I was notified that UPS has canceled my claim because they did not receive proof of purchase on the items in the box. ($50 worth of kid toys). This is incredibly poor customer service and a job not done, but you got paid none the less.
Suggested solution:
I would like refunded at least a portion of what was sent out there to my nieces along with the refund that i paid UPS to do a job, which they did not. Anything less than this is unacceptable. Thank you in advance
