My complaint:
To Whom it May Concern,
We are a private gate community in Colorado Springs, Colorado. As the security team at Cedar Heights we are responsible for the security and all requests from our residents. Your drivers refuse to follow customer requests to have their packages delivered at their door. Your drivers refuse to go into the community to deliver packages and argue with the security staff.
Suggested solution:
Have all drivers deliver to their customers properly and follow all private community guidelines.
