My complaint:
I had 2 separate packages delivered. 1st got a notice from walmart package delivered Feb 3rd. No package in sight. Texted walmart, they said I could get a refund or they would send another. On Feb. 4th, second and different package delivered to my address, however no package. Texted walmart; they got back to me and said UPS told them both packages were delivered to me and they were lost. On Feb 5th I went to Cobb Island post office and there were my 2 packages. Stated they were delivered separately to the post office. Since mailing labels both had my home address , THEN WHY DO I HAVE TO CLEAN MY CAR OFF AND DRIVE TO THE POST OFFICE WHEN MAILING LABELS CLEARLY HAD MY HOME ADDRESS?
Suggested solution:
Deliver packages to addresses on labels.
