My complaint:
Shipped a package in May 2022. It Was never delivered. Call ups They contacted the driver And he said he did not deliver package it was damaged. they ran me back in forth to the store that shipped it, No refund Filled out request for claim payment forms twice. Emailed documents and talk to supervisors and customer service im so pissed. Will never use Ups ever again. They keep saying they will get back to me and have not.
