My complaint:
I ordered a surround sound speaker from marketplace I paid a lot to have it shipped and taken care of.the item was packed very well it was 63 lbs . When ups truck showed up I could hear things being tossed around inside. I got my package inside the bottom of box had damaged corners I opened the box and lifted out the sub box and immediately noticed the bottom speaker laying in the bottom of the box further inspection I found the cabinet busted up like it was thrown around.
Suggested solution:
They should not only refund the price of item and shipping since the speaker is no longer made but the should take steps to insure there workers don't abuse packages being delivered.
