My complaint:

I have medications delivered to me, and a signature is usually necessary to receive the package. I’ve been expecting a delivery of two medications I need ASAP. Apparently, according to the missed delivery notices left on my door, they attempted delivery both today and yesterday – and yet I heard NO KNOCK AT MY DOOR either time! And I’ve been home ALL DAY both yesterday and today for this reason. This is unacceptable, I needed my meds days ago and this delay in receiving them isn’t even my fault.

Suggested solution:

ACTUALLY ATTEMPT TO DELIVER MY MEDICATION PLEASE. My house echoes, I can clearly hear when someone is at the door - KNOCK ON THE DOOR SO I CAN HEAR YOU. How on earth am I supposed to know you're there and come sign for my medication if you don't knock or only knock on the screen door?!
