My complaint:

On 24112022 I dropped my parcel on UPS drop off point. I got my tracking number. It said Label Created. I waited to get it delivered but it showed same after a month time.

I tried to contact UPS office they asked for the tracking number. They said they will find out. It would take 7-10 days. I waited patiently didn’t get the response.

Contacted them again following the same process. They told me my item is lost so check with the people on UPS drop off point. I checked there they said they have sent the items. But UPS office can’t track it.

This all happened and UPS says oh it’s already crossed 60 days now we can’t do anything.

I have no option after that it was expensive so every time I regret it using UPS.

Suggested solution:

If they could find my items or give me refunds
