My complaint:
I am not beeing treated fairly on march 16 my package was delivered to me with and empty box the package was supposed to came on March 15 so it was delayed because they said that it wasn’t no appt number but I know I gave metro ps. My apt number but that still shouldn’t matter they got a update with the apartment number so they delivered on the 16th I was laying on the couch the driver knocked once I said ok I heard the box hit the floor by the time I opened the door the driver was gone I picked the box up I said it feel kinda light for it to be a phone in it I set on my couch open up the box I wasn’t nothing in there but a label and brown envelope my sim card was gone and brand knew phone I slip my shoes and stuff while I was doing that I was trying to file a complaint it did not aloud me so I left out drove to ups 8440 ardwick Ardmore rd Landover MD speak with someone gave her the box explained everything to her she went to the back then came back out and said that I will ha e to get in touch with the metro pcs bytmoible I left ups drove to a tmoible they said the couldn’t do anything because I order it on line that I have to call the customer service payment department so I went set in my car called the back spoke with them they ask did I file a complaint thru ups I told them that it won’t aloud me to they took my information and they said they said some one will call me some called me around 10 close to 11 they said that once ups get the package they re responsible for it and that I need to give ups another call and I called ups back and ask them why i cant file a complaint they told me that that metro pcs told them to put a block so that I can’t file a complaint I called metro back they said that they can’t tell ups to do that so the next day I went to metro pcs corporate they said that it’s really nothing they can do because I oder it online and ups is responsible for it they are giving me the run around I paid 306 for that phone I don’t have any money to let that just go to waste like that the phone was for my son and I know how the ware house be stealing I use to work for Amazon and our supervisor use to questions driver about missing package they use to steal there so I k ow they probably still at ups that was a iphone 11 I need my money or my phone and sim card this issue had my blood pressure going up it’s don’t make no since that I have to go thru this for them to either give my money back or investigate where the phone is I can’t upload right know because the box is in my car and my son have the right know but I do still have it with the label and evolope
