My complaint:
Hi, it seems that the ups is not telling me where my package is and they said they will let me know when my package will be delivered and it’s been 2 weeks and I am feeling discriminated against because I am white or that I make complaints a lot! So please make sure that I get my delivery’s on time and the email communication is accurate!
Suggested solution:
I want to have better communication and better delivery systems!
