UPS complaint: UPS Driver blocking my driveway

My complaint:

Driver pulls up in front of my driveway, delivers a package to the apartment across the street. Truck is parked in the cuts in the sidewalk preventing me from driving out.

Suggested solution:

Fire the driver!
