My complaint:
I mailed my 9 by 12 inch photo envelope on 5-20-21 from Virginia Beach, to be delivered to my sister in Knoxville, Tenn. It got to the UPS Knoxville processing center early Saturday morning. But it was not delivered to my sister in Knoxville! Instead they sent it to Selmer, Tenn., 346 miles west of Knoxville! This morning, 5-25-21 UPS said there would be a further delay, because their trailer was not dispatched in time, and they did not have a delivery date. This was NOT MY ERROR!
Suggested solution:
Please help to find and get my package delivered AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, and I truly hope it has not been damaged in any way, due to all of the needless handling and traveling...
