My complaint:

My package was suppose to be here on Friday June 4 th. but because my package was put on the wrong truck I was told that a supervisor would call me back NO CALL ON 6621 I called back on 6721 and was told my package would be delivered on Monday 6721 a supervisor called me and left a message that my package would be here today.. Still no package so I looked up tracking and now says not until 6821 so once again I called and was told the driver tried to deliver my package at 7:59. Really I have been sitting on my patio, with windows open front door open and my 4 dogs that are contained… NO ONE TRIED TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE I DONT KNOW WHERE IN HEAVENS NAME DID HE TRY TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE THIS EMPLOYEE IS A FREAKING LIER AND I WOULD TELL HIM TO HIS FACE HE NEVER SHOWED UP TO MY PLACE I WOULD HAVE HEARD THE UPS TRUCK THIS IS REALLY BAD YOU COMPANY SUCKS AND HIRES LIERS…

Suggested solution:

I WILL BE CONTACTING THE COMPANY THAT I MADE MY PURCHACE AND CANCELL MY ORDER FROM THEM AND I WANT A FULL REFUND THE NEXT TIME I ORDER ANYTHING ON LINE IF UPS IS THEIR SHIPPING COMPANY I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM OR ANYONE WHO USES UPS...
