My complaint:
I broke my phone so went to teen mobile ordered a new one they said next day delivery. I clicked the option leave on porch I work all day. Get home after work expecting my phone instead get damn note saying I wasnt home….. wtf yea I work all day. So go to ups online register make an account I put in driver instructions leave on back porch I click box where says have permission to leave my package. I get home after work now theres a new note from ups saying have sign for package….. seriously wtf is wrong with you guys leave my fucking package at my home I work all day. Its friday and now saying cant get my phone til monday. Know how much money costing me use my phone for work. I call my closest ups store for help theres nothing they can do they said delivery guys cant see options I used online. At phone store I clicked leave on porch on UPS online I put leave on back porch why you assholes have these options if you wont fucking honor them????? Its Saturday dont want wait til monday for my phone
