UPS complaint: Incorrect deliveries again and again

My complaint:

My packages are being delivered to incorrect addresses time and time again. I have lived at this address for 3 years. I have have at least 15-20 packages that have been delivered to the neighbor who does not return them, or Packages are delivered to empty houses in the area. I have spoke with Julie at the Rolla location many times in the 3 years. Yesterday the UPS driver delivered a package to my address BUT they left it setting at the end of my driveway by the road AND IT WAS NOT EVEN A PACKAGE FOR ME They tend to do this when they cant find the correct address.. I have left special instructions with the terminal on where to find my house, but on off the drivers told me they don’t read those?????? So I guess my complaint is I’M TIRED OF NOT GETTING MY DELIVERIES FROM UPS, I’m tired of getting a run around every time I have to call about a delivery. The drivers need to pay attention to where the are delivering… GPS IS NOT ALWAYS CORRECT. I should not have to drive around looking for my packages which I have been asked to do.
