My complaint:
I went into your UPS store at 10:23am on April 19th, 2021 and the woman behind the counter refused to scan my package for an Amazon return because I was not wearing a woke mask. I told her I have a health condition that allows me to be exempt from wearing masks. I would be glad to send you a copy of my Dr. note if do not believe me. The woman again said I need to wear a mask in your store. So instead of arguing with me about wearing a mask I would have been finished and out the door and on my way home instead I still have a package I need to return to Amazon. She wasted my time refused me service and left a horrible taste in my mouth for the UPS brand. So now I have to contact Amazon for another way to ship their package back because UPS will not service me because my medical condition.
Suggested solution:
Pick up the package from my home since you won't service me at your store and more importantly stop discriminating against people.
