My complaint:

We ordered a $600 mattress. It was delivered to a completely wrong address and no one is willing to take responsibility. We have called multiple times and keep getting transferred and hung up on. Someone clearly can’t do the job they are being paid for.

Suggested solution:

Refund our order or go pick up the mattress we paid for.
