My complaint:
I have a package that was supposed to be delivered last Thursday. When I checked for the update it said it was out for delivery but then later that day when I checked the status again it said my package couldn’t be delivered because the address was incorrect. I can assure you my address is correct. Well they have made several more attempts to deliver my package and each time I check for an update I get the same thing. Incorrect address and they want me to correct it. How am I supposed to correct my address when there is literally nothing to correct. I’ve tried calling and get no answer. I have lived at the same address for the past 10 years and they have delivered there many times. Why all of a sudden they can’t find my house! It’s ridiculous!
Suggested solution:
If the driver can't find my address then find one that knows the street names. Or give it to a monkey and let them deliver my package. I think I would trust a monkey.
Well I finally got ahold of a real person and I told them what was going on. She said they couldn’t deliver because they needed my apartment number. It literally says my apartment number on my address information. I even received an email from UPS that said my package was going to be delivered on Monday the 31st and it showed my correct address with my apartment number. Like I said UPS would be a lot better if they hired monkeys to do their deliveries!
