UPS complaint: UPS did not come to my address, they filed my name is incorrect and returning back to sender

My complaint:

I was expecting my package to arrive on 31.07. they told me they are gonna deliver it between 12.15 and 14.15. I stayed at home waiting for it and I did not hear anything from them. That night they updated the package situation as something wrong with the receiver’s name. The next morning they updated it as returning to sender. The sender is Lenovo and the laptop is sent from China. Sending it back to China from Germany is the most stupid solution I heard. It is so annoying that I am not able to receive my order soon enough because it is crucial for me to be able to continue my work and UPS is simply sending it back to China!!!

Suggested solution:

They should stop sending it back to the sender. Stop the package and send it back to me as soon as possible. I gave the same address many times to Hermes and DHL and I had no problem receiving my packages due to my address. So I should be able to receive it if they bring it to me.
