My complaint:
We live in the country and have had several packages either left at our mailbox by the road or left in the middle of the driveway. The package that was left in the driveway wasn’t even put in a plastic bag so the box got wet. We are afraid our packages are going to be stolen or ruined. We haven’t had this problem until a few months ago.
Suggested solution:
Please speak to the drivers and let them know that there is plenty of room for their trucks to turn around. FEDEX has no problem!!
