My complaint:

I went to the shipping center to ship a package of ammo. I filled a slip .the self serve computer, printed out a ticket. Went to counter to send package. A trainee asked what kind of ammo i told him 38. He looked at the label i printed out. His trainer asked where is the sticker for shipping ammo. I asked what label, she told me i cannot fill, help you with finding what i needed to put on the box. I asked for the supervisor. She told me she could not find the supervisor. I asked for help in what type of label is needed. She again told me that she cannot help me with labeling my box. This is absolutely ridiculous. why is this person, do not know her name, gray haired lady working in customer service? not willing to help with getting the correct label on a box to ship? I called customer service to report this. I finally talked with an agent and she had no clue what i was talking about. I told her what had happen and she told me an address to go to to ship my package. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she my info down and then hung updisconnected. If these are the type of people you have working for UPS THIS company is in deep trouble, I figured i would write a compliant because i could not get anywhere we a person representing your company, This is also going to complain.biz.

Suggested solution:

Contact me and talk to me about what happen. Change ways there customer service personal take packages, people on the phones who are taking complaints helping people need to know what they are talking about!
