My complaint:
I put in a delivery hold through my MyChoice account (because thats the only place to do it). I had a package that was delivered in the middle of my hold dates! I contacted support to see why my request was not respected and she told me that they are not trained on technical issues and that she does not see a request ATTACHED to my tracking number. I told her that hold requests are not tracking number specific. She continues to tell me that I have no hold when I’m literally looking at my request and i submitted it days before i was out of state. I then had to have someone drive 1.5 hours to pick up this package so that it was not stolen (i live in the city). Unbelievable.
Suggested solution:
Tell me why my hold was not respected - what is the point of customer service when they are not able to assist me with anything.
