My complaint:
A new phone was being delivered from T-Mobile, I was informed that a signature was required, however since I live in the apartment behind the main house (Bears More) the driver rather than delivery to my location via the alley he decided to walk down the side of the house and toss my new phone over the gate. It sat in the yard for over an hour in 110 degree plus temps before it was noticed. I find this to be extremely unprofessional.
Suggested solution:
Educate driver on appropriate delivery methods.
