My complaint:
Our UPS deliveries are always brought into the yard and placed on the porch. This delivery yesterday was left on the roadside. We only learned of this by driving out to the road, after receiving a notice that a package had been delivered. Anyone could have made off with it.

Suggested solution:
Not leave our deliveries out on the roadside where they can be stolen.
