My complaint:
Apparently, my garage door was open. Who ever the driver was must have placed the package somewhere on the rear of my jeep that was in the garage? The reason I am saying this is that if I hadn’t looked back from the front of my driveway, I would never have seen the package (my hearing aids from VA) lying in the driveway.
Suggested solution:
Tell your drivers to always leave a package on the porch or somewhere it can be seen.
