My complaint:

A package (1Z9702W70312740447) was scheduled to be delivered to my home on762021. I tracked it from the Rhinelander WI UPS distribution center via Amazon.com. Later in the day, Amazon tracking showed the order was cancelled because the homeowner rejected the package. I was home the entire day and when the truck was in my area, it never stopped. It is very obvious the UPS driver stopped at the wrong address on Brunswick Road and the person at that address was honest and rejected the delivery. Now I am forced to reorder.

Suggested solution:

UPS should make a standard policy that whenever an order is rejected or refused, the driver should take a second look at the delivery label to make sure they are at the right address. You should also provide a number to call at the local distribution center to address the issue right away. The lack of attention and communication will result in this package being sent back to the supplier and the buyer (me), will have to place another order and have another item shipped. A waste of time, money and resources because the driver did not double check the address label. This complaint form provided by COMPLAIN.BIZ and will be publicly published.
