My complaint:
I dropped off a package on 62221 at 3:57 pm to be overnighted to Ventress, La. Location is Boundless Shipping Gifts, 1511 Metairie Rd, Metairie. When I checked the status at 4:30 623, it only showed the label made the day before, not shipped. I called Boundless Shipping and they assured me it was picked up and should be out for delivery and the the driver had not updated the status. When I checked the status at 7:45, it showed as shipped and delivery by 7:00 pm June 24. So this was not overnighted and is unacceptable. This was meds my son needed that I was overnighting.
Suggested solution:
I dont think it can. It needed to be there by the afternoon of June 23! This was meds my son needed that I was overnighting and was not accomplished.
I would like to have my $30 refunded to me, since the overnight commitment was not met. Even so, I do not plan to use UPS again!!!!
