My complaint:
I have had multiple packages torn up by my dogs because my UPS driver will not leave packages where they should be left, I have called, spent multiple hours on the phone, there is NO WAY TO LEAVE directions other than a place ie garage (which is where mine is to be delivered) The local area person called me and said they would be sure it gets fixed, today again, package left NOT in the garage and again my dogs chewed it up. 1800 number NOT HELPFULL AT ALL
Suggested solution:
CALL ME AND FIX where my packages are to be delivered.
