Uber complaint: Uber eats stole $1.02 from me

My complaint:

Was about to place an order for food and I had a $10 Uber cash in my account when I went to reload the page and place my order $1.02 were. I tried to contact them first person couldn’t do anything second person said they would respond in six hours over 12 hours later I gotta get a response they added the money back to my account. However, my credit expires now less than 12 hours at each month at the end of each month and like you gotta use $1.02 at any other restaurant today this is a total scam why they took my money for no reason

Suggested solution:

They should Compensate me at least $10 for now waiting over an hour trying to get this resolved. I also still want to know why they stole the money in the first place. I never bought anything for $1.02. They really need to get telephone support. People can help their online chat is ridiculous.
