My complaint:

Sept. 29 I reserved an Uber for 4:25-4:35 From La Quinta Inn in Richmond to the Vancouver airport. The ride was ed but I never received a message as to the driver, whether a ride was available, silence. Waited at the door of the hotel – nothing. No message and no car. I finally got a cab fortunately and nearly missed my flight. The desk manager at the hotel said this happens all the time with Uber in Richmond. Another peeve – no way to contact them on their stupid pages.

Suggested solution:

A little late now but the taxi was 20.00
