My complaint:
I understand a few bucks more when demand is high, I get that – but to DOUBLE it!?! WOW!! That’s insane. I was so pleased with your services, but to DOUBLE my price. I really want to keep using you guys but you broke my wallet tonight. I can’t tip with prices like that.
Suggested solution:
Don't double your prices when there is high demand. I understand a few bucks, that's reasonable.
