My complaint:
Uber suddenly deactivated my account four years ago without any advanced warning , just gave me a explanation that they had a few complaint which reported I drove the car unsafely (before the sudden decision I had never been warned for this unsafe basis). I filed couple of complaints about this issue along these four years, but Uber insisted on their decision and didn’t show me any proof to support their view or give me a chance of appeal.
At the same time, I am an experienced Lyft driver since these five years and maintaining a five star rate within these years without any unsafe driving records.
I am an new immigrant Asian and I doubt that Uber may have some race discriminate inclination cause they arrogantly cast a so significant decision to me.
Furthermore, I am the primary earner of a low income family, it’s important for me to get multiple income resource to support my family.
Suggested solution:
show me proofs to support their decision or conduct an appeal
