My complaint:
I called the Uber driver that I was running a bit late and I asked him if he could wait more 5 minutes and he said no problem at all so when I got downstairs he just left without call me. And the Uber system they charged $10 “cancellation fee “ but they’ve charged me $18 as says my bank statement. This company is real chief!!! I’m looking for being refunded
