My complaint:
I have submitted several requests to uber to delete my account and they have not done so. The first request was submitted over a week ago, and subsequent requests have been sent, but Uber has neither complied nor provided a reason for not doing so.
Suggested solution:
Delete my account as per my request, and apologize for their ridiculously poor service in doing so.
