My complaint:
I filed a complaint with Uber about being charged for a canceled pick up. Uber responded by saying that they found my lost wallet. I NEVER lost my wallet. So it would be impossible for Uber to have found an un-lost wallet, Uber then claimed fraudulently to have returned the wallet that was never lost, and unlawfully charged me an additional twenty dollars for absolutely nothing.
Suggested solution:
A full refund at the least, frankly I think they may have done this fraud to God knows how may people, so a Class Action Law Suit may be in order.
