My complaint:
I used my phone to ordered a Uber ride home but as i got off the car i realized i didnt have my phone so it must have been left in the uber but the driver claims that he doesnt have it. UBER is not helping whatsover. i called my phone as soon as i realized it was lost and it was 3am in the morning so i dont think the driver was working in a new ride so soon, my phone was ringing but someone deliberately hung up.
Suggested solution:
I need to speak to driver personally.
