My complaint:
I opened up my Uber app at BWI airport and and an unfamiliar screen showed up. I have no idea how to use it and they were no instructions. I asked officials at BWI Thurgood figure it out and they could not either. Luckily a friend happen to walk by and told me how to do it because she had to struggle with it before. I was just about ready to take a taxi and never use Uber again.
Suggested solution:
Give clear instructions on how to use the map that shows up at BWI Airport
