My complaint:
Driver did not speak English. Became loud and agitated when I tried to tell home what I needed. I told him to take me home, cancel trip (1 minute from pick up address when this happened). Driver said there would be no charge. I exited vehicle and was charged $12.36. Driver was also a dangerous driver. Went wide to wrong side of the road when turning at corners.
I called support, operator put me on hold but pressed wrong button and I could hear him speaking, but in Indian. I believe he was talking to the driver. He was laughing and referring to stupid something. He then ended the call cutting me off.
Suggested solution:
Refund and ensure drivers can drive, and speak English effectively.
