My complaint:
I am call The driver but not connected and voice and one drive have cancelled or refuse the trip main problem is that mobile number not connected properly. Driver’s phone number not show in uber app please give best route to arrive destination.
Suggested solution:
Improve your calling facality and show driver's personal number in uber app and connected to the nearby driver maximum kilometer 1 and 2 km give best route to arrived the destination and give different option for fast booking
