My complaint:

On 02092022, I requested a a ride through Uber with 2 pickups and 2 drop offs. However, the driver, Mr. Sombat had other plans for this fare. He did not pick me up from the first destination at 128 Venture Dr., but instead of cancelling he continued with the trip. I was under the impression that he had picked up the second passenger at the other pickup spot, 103 Nigeria Lane. Until, I received a phone call from the individual to be picked up, asking where the Uber was. So, Mr. Sombat, not only failed to pick myself up and drop me off. But, he failed to pick up the other passenger and drop him off, as well. However, Mr. Sombat started this trip and finished this 2 pick up 2 stop drop off without a single person in his vehicle. When I contacted Uber about this incident reporting that their driver committed fraud and theft, and requested a refund I was informed that Uber does not give refunds even though I never took this trip. I guarantee this driver is still active, as well. I want a full refund for this trip. Along, with any other trips after this where I was charged a cancellation fee, and was informed of this so called no refund policy. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Uber was telling me in so many words that this company could careless about the actions of their drivers. And, that the passengers are nothing, but a way to rack up more money. Uber gave me Uber cash in response to their driver committing fraud and theft. Newsflash Uber cash goes right back to Uber. So how was this fixing the issue? I want a full refund for this issue on 02092022. I want every cancellation charge after this refunded. And, Mr. Sombat needs to relieved of his duties. Because, this is not his first time doing this and it want be his last.

Honor the request in the complaint along with an apology.
