My complaint:
In pulling out of the driveway, the driver drove far off the driveway, through the lawn, and over a low retaining wall. This not only caused damage to the lawn but the retaining wall was also broken. It is unexplainable how he drove so far off the driveway. I contacted Wilbur, they said they had no responsibility, it was only the responsibility of the driver. They gave a $5 credit. Rather insulting.
Suggested solution:
Uber should have humans talk to complain rather than just texting. I believe repair to our retaining wall is Uber's responsibility. They gave the number to the driver, but he has not responded. Not a surprise to me.
