My complaint:

I am being charged for an Uber Pass each month and I’m told its a subscription.
Last month they said I was charged by acccident. This month the response is that Im signed up for it. I never signed up for it and I can’t get anyone on the phone.

THERE IS NO WAY TO GET TO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Suggested solution:

I would like to know how long I have wrongly been charged for $24.99 per month and I want to be reimbursed for those charges or provided with proof that I signed up for it.
