My complaint:
On 7-2-21 I scheduled an Uber ride from my office for 700 PM to the airport . I texted the driver of my exact location . After a few confusing minutes chasing the driver down in the parking lot, we went to the airport. The quoted fare was $30-36. Upon receiving my credit card bill of $80.05. I immediately contacted Uber was told I was 5 days over their 30 day limit. I explained that I was traveling and just received my credit card statement on 8-7-21. They refuse to even discuss the matter. I am. Gold member and frequent rider but it made no difference. Uber is not interested in good customer treatment. Very disappointing
