My complaint:

Sir,
I booked Uber rental taxi for 4 hours on 09-01-2022. The booking was none at 08.27 AM , it was ed and the driver Mr. Vikram Takur arrived at the location on time. I called him and started the trip at 09.04 AM. I travelled to two locations and returned to the place where the trip started. the location change while travelling was successful, and the location change was reflected in the drivers uber app. But after completing the trip I paid the amount showed in his app, I transferred the amount via google pay. Later while trying to print receipt of payment it was showing 0 as trip was cancelled.

Please note that I booked the taxi for official purpose, and i need to submit the receipt for reimbursement. If I am not receiving proper receipt wit in 24 hours I will proceed for legal action. Also i will file case against fraudulent activity in light of GST fraudulence

Copy of Google pay receipt is enclosed.
