My complaint:
I have been struggling to upload the insurance documents required by Uber and have since been in contact with the agents and none of them seem to know how to resolve the issue.This is happening to all drivers and they always refer all of us to the app when they cannot resolve an issue
Suggested solution:
They need to have an email address where drivers can send their pdf files for approval
