Uber complaint: For a ride we paid through the app and the driver also asked us to pay

My complaint:

my wife ( 0094712120978) tried 4 times(on 27.01.2023)to book a ride from university of Colombo to Maharagama. she has paid 4 times through the app and only 4th time a driver came to take her.( we finally asked from the bank and the bank informed us first 3 times deducted money has returned ,but 4th time money has smuggle by UBER. as at the end of the ride the driver asked to pay us the fee showing his mobile that he has not received the fee. In sri lanka there is no any responsible person to record a complaint. And using the App we complaint about the incident on Saturday(28.01.2023). but still we have not get any kind of a reply.UBER please don’t steal money from your customers. I am complaining every where till I get a proper answer for this disgusting behavior.

Suggested solution:

Check from the driver. still they may have records in their system. And please hire well qualified software engineers to set the APP properly. many times App play bull shit. UBER go to hell.
