Uber complaint: NO English. GPS

My complaint:

I ordered an Uber yesterday to take me to a place that was 2.2 miles away for $18. What a rip off!! They sent me a driver who showed up late and took me to the wrong address. I tried telling him but he said NO ENGLISH, GPS. What should have been a 5 minute drive took 20 plus minutes and I was left in some parking lot. I just got out before I went ballistic!! I order another Uber and I see that it’s another foreigner driving and I made sure he spoke English. He did. Here’s the punchline. Instead of it costing me $18 to get home like it should have it cost me $33 because I was dropped off way out of way of the original destination. $51 and got nothing accomplished. Uber is a POS company as they don’t have any phone support for the consumer. They just think they can put people with legitimate complaints jumping through hoops to get their money back. They figure after the people get tired of getting no where that they will give up. They got the wrong guy here. They asked for all sorts of information that they already have just to be a pain. I hope they are ready because I won’t quit until I get everything back. NO ENGLISH. GPS!!

Suggested solution:

Give me every stinking penny back on my credit card, not in uber eats . Fire the person that hired that driver!! NO ENGLISH GPS!!
