Uber complaint: Incompetent driver

My complaint:

Was picked up on time to go to airport, driver deliberately missed turnoff to airport which on my phone showed we would arrive on time to destination. He took extended route totally out of the way and then asked us to put on our GPS as he did not know where he was going. Going to airport is stressful and it is expected one can rely on uber driver to get you to your destination without undue stress and anxiety. I have felt sick in my gut from anxiety since missing the turnoff, my stress levels were very high, we finally got to the airport just in time to board. We were also charged for his mistake, i chose uber at $77.. and was charged $95. This is not acceptable. the trip was horrible and I would like a full refund he does not deserve to be paid due to the stress he causesl

Suggested solution:

I would like a refund for the overcharged fare. I would like the driver to be explained that going to the airport is stressful for passengers and if he does not know the route he should not accept passengers to the airport.
