My complaint:
I ordered for an express delivery for a grocery shop as I needed shopping the same day. I then received a call from Asda informing me to call them and on the phone call they told me the Uber driver had stolen my shopping. This is not the first time this has happened. Therefore I want to take it further as I have 2 young children at home left without due to the negligence of Uber employing thieves.
Suggested solution:
I would like the driver held accountable
